This policy explains how CT Products (Pvt.) Ltd. ("CT Products", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through ctproducts.net, our forms, the Pro-Advisor portal and our services. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Enquiries and requests: your name, company, email, phone, city, country and the message you send through our contact, service-request and demo forms.
- Pro-Advisor applicants and Pro-Advisors: the details in your application (name, father's name, email, phone, education, address, city, country, resume, photo, expertise), your exam requests, answers and results, and your messages with clients.
- Clients who message a Pro-Advisor: your name, email, optional phone and city, and the conversation.
- Technical information: your IP address, kept with form submissions and sign-ins to prevent abuse, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiries, prepare proposals and provide our services and support.
- To run the Pro-Advisor programme: assess applications, schedule and score exams, and publish the profiles of Pro-Advisors who pass.
- To deliver messages between clients and Pro-Advisors.
- To send notifications and emails about your requests, exams and messages.
- To protect the site against spam, fraud and misuse.
What is public
When a Pro-Advisor passes the exam, their photo, name, track, star rating, city, country and the expertise they enter are shown on the Hire Pro-Advisor page. Their email address, phone number, address and resume are never shown publicly. Pro-Advisors can update their profile at any time and can ask us to remove it.
Conversations
Messages between clients and Pro-Advisors are stored on our servers. Authorised CT Products staff may read these conversations to maintain service quality, resolve disputes and enforce the Pro-Advisor Policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the Pro-Advisor you choose to contact, with service providers that help us run the site (such as hosting and email), and where the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal obligations. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, the site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to administrative data is limited by permissions.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to info@ctproducts.net. Pro-Advisors can edit their profile in their portal.
Cookies
We use one necessary cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
